This study examines the role that the organizational climate can play on school library services in service of the curriculum in order to contribute to the formation of a leading generation imbued with science and knowledge. The researcher reviewed the concept of school libraries and their basic functions, with a focus on school library services for secondary schools of all kinds, both technical and those related to cultural activities. The researcher then presented the concept of the organizational climate as one of the most important factors according to his belief in providing a quality service to students, especially in the secondary education stage. The researcher employed the descriptive analytical approach by adopting a quantitative approach based on the questionnaire tool. Eleven (11) questionnaires were distributed to the librarians responsible for the management of school libraries in the secondary schools in the city of Messila. The aim of the research through the field study was to measure the impact of the organizational climate on the library services provided, and to try to know the opinion of the workers in the prevailing climate in the secondary schools under study to reach the results of the field research. A clear weakness was noted in the services provided by the school libraries in those secondary schools, and it was clearly affected by the prevailing organizational climate in the secondary schools. Résumé Cette étude examine le rôle que le climat organisationnel peut jouer sur les services de bibliothèque scolaire au service du curriculum afin de contribuer à la formation d'une génération de premier plan imprégnée de sciences et de connaissances.Le chercheur a passé en revue le concept de bibliothèques scolaires et leurs fonctions de base, en mettant l'accent sur les services de bibliothèque scolaire pour les écoles secondaires de toutes sortes, à la fois techniques et liées aux activités culturelles. Le chercheur a ensuite présenté le concept de climat organisationnel comme l'un des facteurs les plus importants selon sa conviction de fournir un service de qualité aux élèves, en particulier au stade de l'enseignement secondaire. Le chercheur a utilisé l'approche analytique descriptive en adoptant une approche quantitative basée sur l'outil du questionnaire. Onze (11) questionnaires ont été distribués aux bibliothécaires responsables de la gestion des bibliothèques scolaires dans les écoles secondaires de la ville de Messila. L'objectif de la recherche par le biais de l'étude de terrain était de mesurer l'impact du climat organisationnel sur les services de bibliothèque fournis, et d'essayer de connaître l'opinion des travailleurs dans le climat prévalant dans les écoles secondaires à l'étude pour atteindre les résultats de la recherche de terrain. Une faiblesse évidente a été notée dans les services fournis par les bibliothèques scolaires dans ces écoles secondaires, et elle a été clairement affectée par le climat organisationnel prévalant dans les écoles secondaires.

Public reading libraries occupy a prominent position through the various activities and services they provide to their patrons and in an effort to enhance the confidence of their audience and strengthen the relationship with them, not to mention meeting their various desires and needs, especially in the field of entertainment , and reading through the creation of a set of refresher programs that contribute to the provision of quality services that will increase the turnout of patrons and help them increase cognitive achievement and spend meaningful enjoyable times. The researcher divided his study into two parts, theoretical which discusses the nature of public reading libraries and the most important tasks in addition to, the programmed stimulation programs. The second part consists afield study to the public reading library in the city of M'sila where the researcher seeks to identify the most stimulation programs that serve its patrons on the one hand and increases the attraction of new individuals on the other hand. Résumé Les bibliothèques publiques de lecture sont l'une des installations de connaissances importantes qui contribuent à la formation et à l'éducation de l'individu. De nombreux pays ont adopté une stratégie générale pour les promouvoir et en faire l'une des priorités du secteur de la culture, qui est l'un des principaux éléments qui préservent l'identité de la nation et son histoire. De ce point de vue, nous voulions mener une étude à travers laquelle nous essayons d'identifier les activités et les programmes les plus importants menés par ces bibliothèques dans le but d'attirer le plus grand nombre possible de pionniers et de les aider à accroître la réalisation des connaissances et à passer des moments agréables significatifs .Accroître la confiance de son public et renforcer la relation avec lui, sans oublier de répondre à leurs différents désirs et besoins, notamment dans le domaine du divertissement , et de lire à travers la création d'un ensemble de programmes stimulants, qui contribuent à la fourniture de services de qualité qui augmentent la demande des pionniers Le chercheur a divisé son étude en deux parties théoriques, dans lesquelles il a traité de la nature des bibliothèques publiques, des tâches les plus importantes qu'elles effectuent et des programmes de revitalisation programmés les plus importants. La deuxième partie était une étude de terrain de la bibliothèque publique de lecture dans la ville de M'sila, où le chercheur a cherché à identifier les programmes de revitalisation les plus importants réalisés par le service de ses utilisateurs d'une part et à augmenter le recrutement de nouvelles personnes d'autre part .
