الاحتياجات التكوينية للأستاذ الجامعي في ضوء مشروع مؤسسة
ملخص الدراسة:
تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في التحديات التي تواجه التعليم الجامعي وبالأخص ما يتعلق برسكلة المهارات والكفايات المعرفية والأدائية للأستاذ الجامعي ورفع مستوى جودة العملية التعليمية. إن هدف الدراسة هو الوقوف على الاحتياجات التكوينية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، حيث تم تقديم عددا من المهارات التي تملي التحديات الراهنة توافرها لدى الأستاذ الجامعي، ومن خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي خرجت الباحثتان بعدد من الاحتياجات التكويينة التي هي بمثابة نتائج الدراسة التي لابد أن يخضع لها أفراد العينة؛ ليتم وضع وضع مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات الخاصة بالدراسة.

ABSTRACT :
The problem of the present study lies in the challenges that faced the university education especially that concerns the recycling of the skills and cognitive and performance competencies of teaching staff and developing the level of educational process quality. This study aimed at exploring the training needs for the teaching staff in the psychological department in Mohamed Boudiaf University in Msila. A number of skills were presented that should be existed in teaching staff performance; and through using the descriptive method, the researchers reach to number of training needs as a result of this study. In the light of these results certain recommendations and suggestions were.
