Artificial Intelligence and Ethical Values in Media: Balancing Innovation and Integrity
transformed the industry by offering enhanced efficiency in data collection, analysis,
and content production. However, the growing reliance on AI introduces ethical and
professional dilemmas that may compromise core media values. This paper
examines the impact of AI on media work, focusing on challenges related to values
such as objectivity, privacy, and transparency. It presents recommendations for
addressing these challenges through diverse training data, robust privacy policies,
and increased transparency about AI use. By confronting these issues, media
organizations can balance the advantages of AI with the need to uphold ethical
standards and maintain public trust.

والمؤسس كمشروع اقتصادي يحتل فيه حراس البوابة والخط االفتتاحي أهمية كبرى إضافة الى الجمهور
الكبير، الى وضع يتحول فيه الفرد الى منتج للخبر وصانع للقصص اإلخبارية يمكنه البث واإلرسال دون
الخضوع للرقابة ويتحول فيه الجمهور الى شظايا بسبب التجزئة المعممة التي تمارسها اإلنترنت وتطبيقاتها
املختلفة وتتحول فيه قواعد الممارسة المهنية الى ضوابط ال يمكنها التحكم فيما ينشره االفراد واإلعالم
الجديد.
إن التحول الذي مس العمل اإلعالمي إنما هو حصيلة مجموعة من المتغيرات واألسباب التقنية
واالقتصادية والسياسية، كما أن المستويات التي مسها هذا التحول متعددة تتعلق باإلنتاج واألرشيف
والتوزيع والتحرير، إن التطبيقات التي جاء بها اإلعالم الجديد مست جميع أشكال اإلعالم ولعل أهمها
التطبيقات التلفزيونية والتدوين والشبكات االجتماعية والصحافة اإللكترونية.

This type of violence is practiced in many facets and languages from cultural, religious, to political and comic aspects. The study; also, raises an important question about the possibilities of controlling symbolic violence.

The image of Algerian women during the popular movement A semiological analysis of photos on Face book
through several pictures published on the social networking site (Face book) in which
Algerian women appear during the rallies of the popular movement that started three weeks
ago. March 8, 2019 in Algeria .As for the selection of pictures, we have relied in this on the
most important moments and shots in which this Algerian woman has appeared in a large
way, as an expression and a more representative of the various sects of women in society.
We focused on two pictures on a model of elderly women who represents the
struggling woman, similar to the icon of the liberation revolution, Jamila BOUHAIRED, as
well as the old woman who carries a national flag dating back to the date of the November
Revolution with the blood of the martyrs on it, and the other two images represent the first

The Audiovisual Media Services Directive in Algeria: A Survey on Media Legislations and Regulations
since Algeria's independence, particularly in the audiovisual sector. The main purpose of the present
article is to reveal the legal framework that established the fundamental principles and general policy of
the audiovisual media landscape in Algeria. Algerian society desperately needs media freedom and
diversity, especially in the light of socio-political changes that the country has been witnessing in the
recent years. As a result, we brought to light many defects and gaps in Algeria's audiovisual landscape.
Thus, we proposed several recommendations, such as the independence of the audiovisual control
authority. The latter should adopt the regulations and legislation to support media ownership and
transparency, strengthening the audiovisual media's financial policy, with needs to enact information
law to facilitate professional journalism practice and comfortable access to information in Algeria.

Measuring media sites: Introduction to Levels and Systematic Design
environment under the acceleration of technical transformations and the
renewal of media production forms in order to reach or try to limit some
levels of measurement and reach some methodological designs. In our study,
we relied on some theoretical efforts on the one hand and personal effort on
the other hand. The results obtained from this study in any way remain an
attempt to touch the various levels of measurement and some methodological
designs as long as the new media environment in general and the media sites
of newspapers in particular are still in active development and its final form
has not been completed.

القيم في البرامج الدينية في الفضائيات العربية
اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج الوصف ووظفت اداة تحليل المحتوى، من خلال تصميم سلم للقياس لمجموعة من القيم وذلك باختيار ستة حصص مناصفة بين الدين الاسلامي والمسيحية و مزاوجة بين العديد من اساليب المعاينة القصدية والاحتمالية وفق ما تقتضيه الدراسة، كشفت الدراسة عن تقارب في القيم مع تناقض في كيفية التوظيف.
