أهمية حماية الملكية الفكرية في المشاريع الناشئة

The study aims to shed light on the importance of intellectual property protection, as it is one of the fundamental factors contributing to the success and sustainability of startup projects. Innovative ventures heavily rely on new and creative ideas, whether they are inventions, designs, or software programs. By legally protecting these ideas, entrepreneurs are empowered to retain control over their intellectual work, granting them exclusive rights to use or distribute it.
Intellectual property protection in startups enhances business value and increases their ability to attract investments, as it ensures investors that the proposed ideas cannot be easily used by competitors. Moreover, such protection helps reduce legal risks associated with intellectual property infringement, providing legal security for startups.
Intellectual property protection is a critical factor in fostering innovation and competition in the market, which helps startups grow and expand sustainably.
